We are a recently formed group of private owners - all with experience of running our own self-catering properties. Gradually we will be expanding and moving more of our properties onto this website.
We want to ensure that each one fits our criteria of high specification and finish, with a modern feel only in the best locations of North Devon.
We feel that there is now a need for more upmarket accommodation in the increasingly popular North Devon resort locations, which is not really being provided by the main agents. This is the sort of clientele that we are trying cater for.
We would expect to provide a high standard of cleanliness, finish and fittings at all our properties.
