Information & Bookings
a. All accommodation is available from 3pm on day of arrival to 10am on day of departure.
b. Payment of 25% is required on booking, with the balance due one month before arrival date. Currently - cheques only please.
c. Telephone reservations must be followed immediately with written confirmation and 25% deposit.
d. A returnable deposit of £200.00p will be required with balance of rental monies.(This can be in the form of a cheque that we will hold for the duration of your stay and return to you uncashed, unless damage/breakages occur.)
e. No property may be used to sleep more people than are indicated to the owners at time of booking.
f. Please leave the property in a reasonably clean condition on departure.
g. Cancellations cannot be accepted once a firm booking has been made and, although the owners will make every effort to relet a property if asked to, the person making the booking will be liable for the full rental amount if reletting proves unsuccessful.
h. Instructions on how to get there, details of keys and your housekeeper's tel. no. etc. will be provided upon confirmed booking.
